This is our rest day. Some of us are going to New Orleans and some of us are staying here and going to church.

New Day and OSBC has will be sending a number of individuals to D'Iberville Mississippi in the rebuild effort. We will be staying in "Volunteer Village", part of the D'Iberville Volunteers Foundation, Inc.

Tears came to my eyes as I was reading the blog and understanding the work that was being done to help restore life in D'Aberville. Seeing your team enter eager to begin work with a variety of talents lifted my spirits; for it is not easy to leave knowing so much more could be done.
Our team arrived home at 4:30 a.m. due to thunderstorms in Atlanta. I have slept and appreciated the beauty of the day.

Darian keeps telling me it's not the same without me. My heart & prayers are with you.
Tell Paula, Irene and Ed I say 'Hello'!! Tonight we had leftover Mexi-Chicken Tortilla soup with home-made tortilla chips & Monterrey Jack. As I ate I kept thinking this would be great to serve for dinner one at the camp. Hmmm...what do y'all think??
